how it works

We meet you at Port Chalmers and provide you with a bike, helmet, lock, cycling map and our suggestions on the best routes to take.

Depending on which product you choose, we will transport you to your starting point, from here it's up to you where you go- you have the use of the bike for the full day, ride as much as you want.

Check out wildlife, heritage buildings, local beaches or just enjoy the freedom of riding a bike and burning off some calories.

At the end of your day, lock the bike at a pre-arranged location, either in the city or at the port. All self-guided routes will have you back in time for your ship's departure.

These products are available by pre-booking and payment only. Spaces are limited, so be in quick! Booking and payment can be done online at any time.

You enjoy spectacular harbor views as you coast 5km downhill to Dunedin, New Zealands oldest city.
